Meditation is about training the mind to focus on one thing. Some people think its about clearing the mind so they give up. Its called Dhyana in the practise of Yoga and means One flow Of Perception. In this busy day and age we have a lot of distractions, so its about being able to cultivate the meditation practise so that we can go inside, reconnect and observe our thoughts and emotions without judgement. Its about observing and noticing. Just ‘Being’.
